Quotations varies widely. To ensure we give you the correct and most competitive rate, please provide the following
details in your enquiry:
(1) mode of transportation preferred (land, sea, air)
(2) measurements of goods (weight, height, width & length in metric)
(3) from where (city & country ie. port of loading) to which destination (country & city ie. port of discharge)
(4) what is your commodity & quantity
(5) person to contact and contact information (telephone, e-mail and address).
Can I combine the cargo for Sarawak & Sabah Ports in the same container when we consign them to you?
Yes & no.
Do we handle removal of office furniture, vehicle transfer, personal & household effects?
Yes, we do.
Do you do packing?
Yes, we do.
Can you clear the cargo for us when it reaches destination?
Yes, we can. We are custom-registered forwarding agent & we handle imports and exports. We can even do door-to-door delivery for you (pick up, pack & deliver).
What will the cost be?
Charges depends very much on what is the mode of transportation and the quantity of the cargo.
How long will it take?
Again, it depends on what mode of transportation you require.
What happen if my cargo is lost or damaged on arrival?
Insurance is necessary.
In what Time Zone is Trans-Line, Kuching located?
We are in the same Time Zone as Singapore, Beijing and Perth. We are 8 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time.
What is the form of remittance of funds preferred by Trans-Line?
The most efficient and prompt form of remittance of funds is through Telegraphic Transfer of funds through our banking system.
